ACT is conducting surveys with Kentucky teachers, principals and district leaders through March to better understand how schools prioritize teaching science and history/social studies in grades K-3.

There are separate surveys for teachers (traditional classroom teachers, ESL teachers, resources teachers and special education teachers), elementary school principals and superintendents. The surveys will take about 15 minutes to complete and all responses are confidential.

The Kentucky Department of Education supports this research, but school participation is strictly voluntary. The survey will be open through March. Click these links for the surveys:
