High school seniors in three Kentucky districts – Eminence Independent, Jefferson County and Shelby County – may apply to a training program in which they can develop digital, business and life skills to help them pursue careers in technology.

The Program, Interapt Skills, is presented by Interapt, a Louisville-based software development firm. It will allow students in their final semester of high school to learn coding skills for Apple or Android mobile apps and will introduce them to multiple career paths. Students will also take part in entrepreneurship training through Junior Achievement.

Participating districts will provide transportation to the program, which will be held Mondays through Fridays in Louisville.

The application deadline is Nov. 30. Visit the Interapt Skills website to apply.
