The Kentucky Association for Environmental Education (KAEE) is offering several workshops this fall, including professional learning opportunities in which educators can become certified in Project Learning Tree, Project WET, Project WILD and other curricula.

Here is the schedule of workshops:

  • Oct. 24 – Project Flying WILD and Project FeederWatch, McConnell Springs Park, Lexington
  • Oct. 24 – Climate change forum, Northern Kentucky University, Highland Heights
  • Oct. 27 – Project Learning Tree secondary module, Kentucky State University Environmental Education and Research Center, Pleasureville
  • Nov. 2 – Project Flying WILD and Project FeederWatch, J.M. Feltner Memorial 4-H Camp, London
  • Nov. 9 – Project Learning Tree e-unit training, Lexington Center, Lexington (a pre-conference workshop at the Kentucky Science Teachers Association conference)
  • Nov. 9 – Project WET pre-K and elementary Kentucky Academic Standards for Science workshop, Lexington Center, Lexington (a pre-conference workshop at the Kentucky Science Teachers Association conference)
