Kentucky high school students have a free resource to help them through the college application process called the College Cost & Planning Report. The reports are provided through a partnership of the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA) and Student Aid Services Inc.

Each report is a personalized calculation and comparison of aid eligibility and net prices of the colleges a student is interested in attending based upon the student’s academic and financial status. Students and parents can compare out-of-pocket costs to help decide which schools best fit their budget.

Students may request a free report by registering for or using their free Zip Access account on KHEAA’s website. Visitors to the website can also learn about state and federal grants and loans and can conduct a free scholarship search.
