TELL Kentucky off to a good start; participants earn cash

After just one week, more than 17,300 Kentucky educators have taken part in the TELL (Teaching, Empowering, Leading and Learning) Survey of school working conditions. That represents about 38 percent of the school-based certified educators eligible to participate.

Principals are working on becoming stronger leaders

Last summer, 48 Kentucky principals participated in the Leadership Institute for School Principals in Greensboro, N.C. This three-day event, funded by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the AT&T Foundation, worked with principals who were accepted into the program based on their leadership backgrounds and applications.
