COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

KDE respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. KDE may, at its discretion, terminate the use of these services by users who violate any of the terms of this User Agreement or infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Franklin County, Kentucky, in all disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement or this website. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of this agreement.
