Professional learning coordinators from the Kentucky Department of Education are offering a book study of “Clarity for Learning,” by John Almarode and Kara Vandas Sept. 16-Dec. 13. Educators from across Kentucky will meet in a Google classroom environment to focus on answering two critical questions:
- How can clarity improve teaching and learning?
- How does clarity serve as the foundation for other powerful, evidence-based practices?
The book study will include monthly reading assignments, time for reflection, action research as you apply learning to classroom practices and opportunities to collaborate with other Kentucky educators.
The registration deadline is Aug. 30. The first 100 registrants will receive a copy of the book for free. See the “Clarity for Learning” book study flier for more information.
