Kentucky Girls STEM Collaborative hosting annual conference


The Kentucky Girls STEM Collaborative (KGSC) will host its annual conference June 21 at the University of Kentucky’s Jacobs Science Building in Lexington.

KGSC’s mission is to increase the interest and confidence of girls in STEM disciplines, and to support and promote programs and resources designed for all students and STEM educators. The conference will feature STEM mentors and representatives from industry and higher education, as well as keynote speaker Lori Wilson, director of the forensic science program at Eastern Kentucky University.
