Kentucky PTA will hold its annual convention July 20-21 at Seneca High School in Louisville. The organization will celebrate 100 years of advocating for children since its formation in April 1918.
Teachers, administrators, current and incoming parent-teacher association board members and students are invited to the conference. The event will feature leadership training, networking with PTA and parent-teacher-student association leaders and National PTA leaders and information on Kentucky PTA’s history.
Featured speakers will include Patti Acquisto, who served as Kentucky PTA president 1981-83, and Nathan Monell, National PTA executive director.
