Kentucky Association of Career and Technical Education hosting statewide summer program


The Kentucky Association for Career and Technical Education (KACTE) is hosting its annual career and technical education (CTE) statewide summer program at The Galt House Hotel in Louisville on July 19-22.

Presentation proposals are requested to further sustain programmatic, classroom and student achievement through one or more of the following topics:

  • Professional leadership
  • Transition readiness
  • New technology
  • Career pathways
  • Best practices
  • Enhanced skills
  • Successful partnerships

Proposals will be welcomed for 50-minute presentations, one-and-a-half-hour sessions or three-hour workshops.

Virtual-only proposals also will be accepted. Once approved, these videos must be submitted by April 1.

Proposals are due on Jan. 15 and must be submitted online. Accepted proposals will be acknowledged in mid-April following a peer review by the Summer Program Planning Committee.
