Twitter Town Hall postponed

Education Commissioner Terry Holliday’s Twitter Town Hall scheduled for May 23 has been canceled. The Kentucky Department of Education is looking to reschedule the event in June.

Student writing contest underway

Each year the Kentucky Council of Teachers of English/Language Arts conducts a statewide writing contest to recognize young writers in elementary school, middle school, high school and college. New Kentucky Educator Placement Service (KEPS) coming in spring of 2012

The Kentucky Educator Placement Service (KEPS) is a Web-based application designed to fulfill KRS 160.380(2)(d), which requires certified positions be posted 30 days before they can be filled.
