Gov. Beshear ceremonially signs anti-bullying bill
Surrounded by hundreds of students at Madison Middle School, Gov. Steve Beshear today ceremonially signed Senate Bill 20, which designates October as “Anti-Bullying Month” each year in Kentucky.
