Board of Education seats new member, sets priorities for legislative session

At the Kentucky Board of Education's meeting in Frankfort Oct. 6, Frankfort Chief Circuit Court Judge Phillip Shepherd administered the oath of office to Sarah Murphy Ford of Owensboro and set its budget priorities for the department’s budget submission to the Governor’s Office and the General Assembly.
