Earthquake Awareness Month

Gov. Steve Beshear has signed a proclamation designating February as "Earthquake Awareness Month" in Kentucky. The "Earthquake Awareness and Great ShakeOut" instructional unit is a tool providing teachers with an opportunity to educate students and families on how to prepare, protect and recover from earthquakes.
