Robert Kaplinsky, a mathematics teacher specialist in California, has declared a call to action on #ObserveMe.

Kaplinsky trains mathematics educators who want their students to be better problem solvers. He helps teachers build the tools needed to get students critically thinking and articulating their reasoning.

Kaplinsky’s blog posts highlight how we can open our classroom doors and inspire each other to build a culture of continuous improvement. He has posted videos of himself teaching high school mathematics with a form to give feedback on his teaching. This is a movement that Kentucky teachers can join in on too!

Kaplinsky also has written a blog to help teachers troubleshoot the struggles of #observeme and the very vague feedback that teachers have experienced.
