Thirteen Kentucky school districts will participate in statewide college success program

The Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE), the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) and OneGoal, a leading postsecondary success organization, announced that 13 Kentucky public school districts will participate in a statewide effort to receive postsecondary professional coaching at the school and district leadership levels to improve college readiness outcomes for students.

Kentucky superintendents discuss legislature’s decision to strike down emergency regulation on paid leave for quarantined school staff

Kentucky FFA members excel at National FFA Convention

Kentucky FFA was well represented at the 94th annual National FFA Convention, which was held Oct. 27-30 in Indianapolis. More than 60,000 FFA members, advisers and guests attended the convention, which is the largest youth organization gathering in the United States.

The Kentucky Department of Education and Valvoline Inc. have selected 24 outstanding Kentucky educators as recipients of the 2021 Valvoline™ Teacher Achievement Awards (TAA). These teachers qualify to compete for the 2021 Kentucky Teacher of the Year Award which will be announced in October.
