Please join educators across the United States for the 2026 Third Grade Mock Trial on Constitution Day, Sept. 17, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. ET (10:30-11:30 a.m. CT).

This event is provided by the Olathe Public School District and the Kansas Department of Education.

The virtual mock trial is nationwide, so please register early through the Constitution Day mock trial registration webpage. We highly recommend preparing your students for this experience by utilizing the provided instructional materials in the days leading up to the mock trial.
