Each year the Ohio Valley Chapter of the National Television Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (OVNATAS) hosts a high school video competition. The competition is an opportunity for students to be acknowledged for their hard work by the most recognizable name in television craftsmanship – the same group that awards the prestigious Emmy awards.

Because not all Kentucky high schools are within the Ohio Valley chapter’s region, by entering your school’s zip code on this page you can determine which regional competition your students qualify to enter.  From there you also can learn more about the numerous categories and the submission process.

Each school designates an instructor who enters on behalf of the students. Each entry is only $25 but can include as many students as you wish.

Please contact Jim Timmerman, President, Ohio Valley-NATAS, at jtimmerman@ohiovalleyemmy.org with any questions you might have about the competition.
