The Kentucky Association for Environmental Education will be hosting its 38th annual conference Sept.  12-13 at the Clarion Hotel in Lexington.

Since 1976, KAEE has worked to build a sustainable environment through education. The conference will feature more than 30 sessions as well as activities, and will focus on the growing sustainability movement and its role in environmental education in Kentucky.

Pre-conference workshops begin on September 11, with the conference taking place on Friday and Saturday, September 12th and 13th.  At this year’s conference, attendees will enjoy field trips featuring sustainability in action in central Kentucky; a cookout at McConnell Springs Nature Park with several fun evening activities: Environmental Olympics games, guided nature hikes, and live music; a student poster session (new to KAEE!); over 30 sessions; and much, much more!

Space is limited for workshops, and Early Bird discounts are offered through August 15. Click here for more conference details and to register
