Kentucky Commissioner of Education Robbie Fletcher wants to know if you have any questions about education in Kentucky.

“One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to hear from people across Kentucky – students, teachers, families and community members,” Fletcher said. “No matter where I go, I get a lot of great questions about our schools. So, I thought – why not create a space where we can talk about those questions together?”

That is why the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) is kicking off a new series called KDE Inbox.

“It’s pretty simple: you ask the questions and I’ll answer them,” Fletcher said. “If you want to learn more about what I mean when I talk about vibrant learning experiences for our students, I can do that. If you’d like me to explain more about local accountability, I can do that too. And here’s the important part: This series starts with you.”

Just email your questions to kdecommunications@education.ky.gov. Fletcher will answer as many questions as he can each month, which will be shared on KDE’s social media channels.

“This is all about keeping the conversation open and making sure your voice is part of it. I’m looking forward to hearing from you and to answering your questions in our new KDE Inbox video series,” Fletcher said.
