Dennis Minnis Dennis Minnis, a physical education teacher at North Bullitt High School (Bullitt County), has been named the 2016 Elementary School Physical Education Teacher of the Year by the Kentucky Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (KAHPERD).
