Art contest for deaf and hard of hearing students

The Kentucky Commission on the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (KCDHH) and the Knowledge Center on Deafness are sponsoring an art contest for all deaf and hard of hearing K-12 students in Kentucky. Students can design a visual image or write poetry that will be connected to a fiberglass horse, similar to the ones done at DeaFestival 2002 and 2010. [...]
