Are you in a district with 9th or 10th grade world history teachers interested in facilitating richer discussions in their classrooms? Digital Promise is seeking a few district partners to participate in a federally-funded research study.

If selected, interested world history teachers in the district will receive a free, three-week, standards-aligned curriculum to try in their classroom to support historical thinking skills and classroom discussions. No personally identifiable information will be collected for this study.

Participating teachers will receive up to $500. Teachers will be able to choose from curricular topics such as:

  • The Paleolithic Era and the Agricultural (Neolithic) Revolution;
  • Global networks of trade from 1200 to 1450 CE;
  • Revolutions from 1750 to 1914 CE;
  • Responses to colonization from 1850 to 1950 CE; or
  • Global conflict from 1914 to 1945 CE.

If interested in being a district partner, please fill out the district interest form. The deadline is rolling.
