Join Kentucky school leaders and the Prichard Committee for a session titled “Principals leading Family Friendly Schools” during the virtual 2026 Family Engagement Leadership Summit on Sept. 18.

The Family Engagement Leadership Summit is a professional learning event for those dedicated to advancing effective family-school-community partnerships, K-12. The summit brings research to action providing schools, families, and community partners with the tools they need to work together. If you are a teacher, leader, family liaison, parent, caregiver, or community partner looking for opportunities to build better family-school partnerships, this virtual summit on Zoom is for you! 

Principal Mandy Sagrecy of Washington County Middle School and Assistant Principal Beth Hathaway of Ryland Heights Elementary School (Kenton County) will be joined by Grace McKenzie, Kentucky director of Family Friendly Schools with the Prichard Committee, for the session on how principals can increase family engagement and become a Family Friendly School.
