Jessamine County art teacher explains why he teaches

At the 2016 National Art Education Association’s National Convention in Chicago, dozens of visual arts educators had the opportunity to share why they are artists, art educators or believe in the power of the visual arts to change lives. 

Miles Johnson, president of the Kentucky Art Education Association and art teacher at Hattie C. Warner Elementary School (Jessamine County), recorded a short video explaining why he became an art teacher. Watch his video here.
